What if I need to return my SmartAssGifts.com order?
Our goal is to provide a purely fabulous product. In the unlikely event that your SmartAssGifts.com purchase is less than fabulous (defective or damaged) we will be happy to replace it for you. Please return your unworn SmartAssGifts.com products in the original packaging along with a copy of your invoice to the address on the invoice.
As SmartAssGifts.com products are 'intimate' in nature, only unworn items can be replaced. An unworn, less-than-fabulous SmartAssGifts.com product may be exchanged for a new SmartAssGifts.com product of the same size and style or, if the item to be replaced is out of stock or discontinued, for an equally fabulous replacement of SmartAssGifts.com product.
